additional time at $25 per hour - High Speed Internet Access and Cable TV
- Technical assistance with setup of internet access and internal network
- Access to copy and fax center (10 cents per page)
- Utilities (electrical, water and janitorial service in common areas)
- Computer hardware and software services at Software Enterprises’ standard
rates less 20% - Full access to kitchen area (Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher)

Lease term / other:
- One month’s security deposit is required before a client has access to their
space. This will be refunded 30 days after the client has moved from the facility
and all outstanding bills are paid. The minimum term for an office is six months. - Initial setup charge $75 – door signage, building and office keys, etc.
